Initiating the Order with the Supplier: As soon as your purchase is confirmed, we request the execution of the order from the appropriate supplier, depending on the product you have purchased. This request is made instantly after your purchase.

Waiting for Execution Confirmation: Your order is in the hands of the supplier, who must notify us once the requested product has been delivered. This stage can be time-consuming and varies based on many parameters. We invite you to be patient. The processing is underway, and we are committed to handling your order as quickly as possible or to providing a refund if necessary.

The Libon Guarantee: Processing can sometimes vary from a few seconds to a few hours, but our promise is to process your order in less than 6 hours and to issue a refund if necessary.

Instant Notification Once Successful: Once we receive validation from the supplier, we will instantly notify you in your application by sending a notification about the update of your order. To this end, we therefore invite you to keep the notifications activated on the Libon app.
