If you need to change/modify or delete the payment method chosen for the purchase of Libon minutes, here are the steps you need to follow, depending on the model of your phone.

If you have an Android phone

To purchase directly by credit card, select a plan from the Shop menu to open the order page. To change or delete the registered credit card, select Choose another card on your order page to open the Payment Method menu.

Slide to the right by touching the registered card 💳 . Touch 🗑 and Delete.

For purchases validated via Google Play Store, you will need to change your payment method information in your Google Play Store account -> Payment methods. For more details on how to manage payment methods on the store, please check this link.

If you have an iPhone

By making the purchase from the application, the payment is validated via your iTunes account that you have registered on the App Store. To change the payment method, go to your iTunes account and make the change from the Payments Methods menu. For more details, follow this link.

In the case of a purchase on

You must select a pack on and login to your Libon account to open the order page. From the payment method section 💳 , press Modify.
