I have transfered credit to the wrong number, what can I do?

If you have already validated your topup transaction and you have topped up the wrong number, unfortunately we will not be able to modify the transaction or transfer your credit to the right number.

Once you validate a transaction, we will send a request to the carrier who will top up the number entered during the operation.

If the transaction is validated, we can no longer modify it. 😞 The action is permanent. We cannot cancel the validated transaction with the local carrier and we cannot initiate a refund of this payment.

That is why we advise you to check the number before validating the transaction.
