🇪🇷 This service lets you buy a top-up code (PIN code) for an Eritel prepaid mobile line, the mobile operator in Eritrea. It only works with Eritrean Eritel numbers.
Unlike a standard credit top-up, the credit is not sent directly to the number: you buy a PIN code, which you then pass on to the person using the line (by text, WhatsApp, etc.), just like a top-up card bought in a shop.
How do I buy an Eritel code?
In your Contacts at the bottom of the screen, select the Eritrean (Eritel) number of the person you want to top up.
Then select the top-up amount you want and buy the corresponding code. The PIN code is displayed at the end of the purchase.
Where can I find the code?
On the 🏠 home page, click on your 👤 Profile in the top-left corner of the screen and select your Purchase History. Then, click on your Eritel purchase.
There you go! Your code will appear on the screen. You can easily copy it to send it to the recipient.
How do I use the code?
📱 The code is a number to be entered on the phone containing the Eritel SIM card to be topped up:
Eritel: dial *141*PIN CODE# then press the call button.
The credit is then added to the line.
Good to know
Make sure the line to be topped up is an Eritel line in Eritrea: the code does not work with any other operator or in any other country.
The PIN code is single-use: once entered, it cannot be used again. Only share it with the person who needs to top up their line.
Keep the code until the top-up has been confirmed on the line.
