How does it work, step by step?
Choose the phone you’d like to buy (Android or Apple) in the Libon app, under the Libon Tempo service.
Open your savings pot: a minimum of 5% of the price is required to open it. This amount is clearly shown on the phone’s product page.
(Good to know: once your pot is open, you can’t change or switch phone models.)
After your first payment, you’re completely free: there’s no set frequency and no fixed amount. Pay in what you want, when you want, until the total matches the price of the phone. You can also choose to pay a percentage of the total instead of an amount.
To keep topping up your pot, go to your Libon account at any time and tap “Top up my savings pot”.
Once the target amount is reached, your phone is ordered automatically! 🥳 It’s sent by post to the address you provided, and you’ll receive it within about 5 days.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your savings pot at any time, as long as the target amount hasn’t been reached and the order hasn’t been confirmed. Just send a message to Libon support.
🔒 The money paid into your savings pot is held securely by Libon until the target amount is reached or the pot is cancelled.
You can check the amount already paid, the amount left to reach, and your payment history at any time from your Libon account by tapping Buy a phone at your own pace.
