Canceling your subscription does not mean you will lose your credit immediately. Your subscription remains active, and you can continue to use your calls until the expiration date listed on your plan.
How to proceed?
From the Call page, scroll right at the top of the screen until you reach your subscription minutes. You can easily spot them thanks to this small logo
⚠️ IMPORTANT: you cannot unsubscribe from your subscription through your purchase history. You must go to the top of the Calls page and look for your subscription credits.
Tap it to view your subscription details.
Tap “Unsubscribe” and confirm your choice. Your cancellation will take effect immediately.
Your credit remains valid until the expiration date shown on your plan. You can continue making calls as usual until the last day—there’s no immediate interruption.
As of that date, your subscription will no longer be renewed, and your unlimited access will end.
