Subscribe: How do I activate a subscription plan?
Open the Store and select an unlimited plan, or any other type of plan.
On the plan details page, choose between One-time Purchase or Subscription. If you choose the subscription option, the expiration date and the next renewal date will be displayed before confirmation.
Enter your email address to receive your receipts, then add or select your credit card.
Confirm the payment. Your bank may ask for additional verification (via SMS or banking app). Follow the instructions and return to Libon to complete the process.
The Payment Accepted message confirms activation. You can start calling immediately.
Unsubscribe: How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account → Purchase History
Select the plan for which the subscription is active and that you wish to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No additional charges will be incurred.
ℹ️ An active subscription cannot be modified. If you want to switch plans, cancel your current subscription—you’ll retain access until the last day—and then sign up for the new plan of your choice.

In your minute summary, you will see a small orange icon indicating that the expiration date is approaching. ⌛
Don't forget to check that your payment method is still valid; if necessary, you can always change it.
What happens if my renewal payment fails?
Your subscription will not be renewed, and your access to your minutes will be suspended when the current period expires. You will receive a notification asking you to update your payment method in My Account → Payment Method.
Will I get a refund if I cancel during the term?
No. The current period remains fully accessible until it ends. No prorated refunds are issued.
