How do I activate a subscription plan?

Do your calls get cut off because you're out of credit? Tired of not being able to buy your Libon minutes because you don't have your credit card handy? With a subscription, enjoy a host of benefits:

  • Notification when your credit is about to expire

Subscribe: How do I activate a subscription plan?

  1. Open the Store and select an unlimited plan, or any other type of plan.


  2. On the plan details page, choose between One-time Purchase or Subscription. If you choose the subscription option, the expiration date and the next renewal date will be displayed before confirmation.


  3. Enter your email address to receive your receipts, then add or select your credit card.


  4. Confirm the payment. Your bank may ask for additional verification (via SMS or banking app). Follow the instructions and return to Libon to complete the process.

  5. The Payment Accepted message confirms activation. You can start calling immediately.


Unsubscribe: How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. On the Home page, at the top of the screen, select your subscription plan.

  2. Click on it and tap Cancel.

How do I know that my subscription is going to expire?

In your minute summary, you will see a small orange icon indicating that the expiration date is approaching. ⌛

Don't forget to check that your payment method is still valid; if necessary, you can always change it.

How does the pre-renewal charge work?

Here’s what happens in the days leading up to renewal:

  • 3 days before renewal — A pre-authorization appears on your bank account. This is not a charge: it’s an automatic check performed by the system to ensure that the necessary funds are available.

  • On the renewal date The payment is actually debited, and your subscription is renewed for a new period.

💡 If you want to avoid renewal, be sure to cancel your subscription 3 days before the expiration date so that no pre-authorization appears on your account.

What happens if my renewal payment fails?

Your subscription will not be renewed, and your access to your minutes will be suspended when the current period expires. You will receive a notification asking you to update your payment method in My Account → Payment Method.

Will I get a refund if I cancel during the term?

No. The current period remains fully accessible until it ends. No prorated refunds are issued.
