A credit transfer or electricity purchase that is taking a bit longer. Here are a few instructions.

Have you just made a purchase and are wondering what's happening with your order? We understand that waiting can sometimes be a source of impatience! We want to assure you that our entire team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

This is what happens after you click on Pay :

1. Order placement with the supplier: as soon as your purchase is confirmed, we request the execution of the order with the appropriate supplier based on the product you have purchased. This request is instantaneous after your purchase.

2. Waiting for confirmation of delivery: your order is in the hands of the supplier, who must notify us once the requested product has been delivered. This stage can be time-consuming and varies according to a number of parameters. Please be patient. Processing is underway and we undertake to process your order as quickly as possible or cancel the transaction.



3. The Libon guarantee : as processing times can sometimes vary from a few seconds to a few hours, we promise to process your order in less than 6 hours or to cancel it if necessary.

4. Once successful, you will be notified instantly: once validation has been received from the supplier, we will notify you instantly in your application that your order has been updated. We therefore recommend that you keep the notifications activated on the Libon application.
