A better understanding of our packs to make your minutes choice.

Updated this week

There are several types of Libon packs:

The carrier offer:

This offer is the most suitable if you want to make Libon calls to a specific carrier in a particular country.

This type of offer allows you to call only a specific operator in a single country (for example, Orange numbers in Senegal or Smart numbers in the Philippines) or several countries grouped together (as in the case of the Orange West Africa offer).

Before topping up with minutes, you can check whether the contacts you want to call are included in this package. Touch Contacts under the package name.

If this number is not included in the address book, don't forget to check more details.

The regional offer:

This type of pack covers several countries.

To check the list of countries that can be called with this pack, simply touch Countries below the pack name. This list will confirm whether the pack allows you to call landlines and mobiles, only landlines or only mobiles in the country concerned.

If you touch Contacts, on the left, you will have access to the list of your contacts that you can call with this offer.

The country offer:

This offer only includes one country.

The description indicates to which carriers you can make calls and to which category of numbers, landlines and/or mobiles.

Unlimited calls:

This is the package with which you can make unlimited calls to a certain amount of numbers (depending on the offer description) until its expiry date.

This is an offer for your favorite numbers (three, five, etc.) depending on your selected purchase.

The number of numbers that can be called with the unlimited offer and the period of validity are specified in the details of the offer, in Store, to the left of the tariff.
