In accordance with the same article, you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you use all or part of the voice minutes contained in the package.

Furthermore, the Customer is reminded that, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised, inter alia, for (i) contracts for the supply of services that have been fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period or for (ii) contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his/her right of withdrawal.
