How do I request a refund for my purchase?

All about purchase refunds

Pursuant to Article L121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of the purchase of a minutes package. In accordance with the same article, you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you use all or part of the voice minutes contained in the package.

Furthermore, the Customer is reminded that, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised, inter alia, for (i) contracts for the supply of services that have been fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period or for (ii) contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his/her right of withdrawal.

You made your purchase on Google Play, Apple Pay or by bank card : please contact us by email and send us a copy of the purchase invoice and the telephone number of your Libon account.

  • If you have made a Libon credit transfer to top up the SIM card of a prepaid number, please consult this link

  • If you made an electricity purchase, once the transaction has been completed it is irreversible and non-refundable.
