If you have purchased a Libon minute refill from a tobacconist's near you, we will explain below what you need to do.

There are two types of refill available in shops:
- Reload Libon Call (reload Libon minutes), to credit minutes to your Libon account;
- Recharge Libon Payment to send credit (for communication or internet) to a prepaid number of your choice.
If you have purchased a top up for a credit transfer, the application will ask you to choose the contact to be topped up with communication or Internet credit instead of the country for which Libon minutes are to be credited to your account.
Once your Libon minutes top up is in your hands:
Select the country from the list 🇸🇳, 🇲🇱, 🇨🇮, 🇦🇴, 🇵🇭, 🇨🇩, 🇲🇬, 🇧🇫.... Choose the package you require and confirm your choice.
And that's it, your account has been topped up! 🥳 You'll receive a message confirming the top-up and can check your balance by touching Home.

Minute and credit transfer top ups are available in the Telephony section at your tobacconist's. You can pass this information on to the retailer.
