If you purchased a Libon Call recharge at a local shop, here’s what to do:

There are two types of in-store recharges:
📞 Libon Call: Add minutes to your Libon account so you can make calls.
➡️ Libon Transfer: Send credit (for calls or internet) to any prepaid number of your choice.
If you purchased a recharge for a credit transfer, the app will ask you to choose the contact you want to top up with call or internet credit, instead of selecting the country for which you want to add Libon minutes to your account.
Once your Libon Call recharge is ready
Open the Libon app and go to Store > Enter a code.
Enter the 12-digit PIN code or scan the QR code if you have one, then tap Use the code.
Select a country from the list 🇸🇳, 🇲🇱, 🇨🇮, 🇦🇴, 🇵🇭, 🇨🇩, 🇲🇬, 🇧🇫… then choose the minutes you want.
Tap Redeem to confirm your choice.
That’s it! 🎉 Your account has been topped up, and you’ll receive a confirmation message. You can check your balance anytime on the Home screen.

Minute recharges and credit transfers are available in the Telephony section at your local convenience store. You can share this information with the retailer.
