The security of your payments is a major priority at Libon! That's why in 2017 we introduced 3D-Secure validation for purchases on our online store.
The new payment services regulations applying from 14 September 2019 have provided an opportunity to modernise shopping screens.
To buy Libon credits with a bank card, follow the steps below:
1. Choose your minutes from the Store menu
To buy Libon minutes, open the Store and select the country you want to call under the Libon Minutes section.
If you don't see this country, swipe left on the list, then tap All countries:
Enter the name of the desired country in the Search field
Scroll through the available offers to find the one that suits you best and tap the offer you prefer
2. Fill in the payment form
On the Your Order screen, enter your email to get a receipt. Your email will be saved for quicker checkout next time.
Add your bank card information.
Tap Card to add a new card. If you’ve already saved a card for future purchases with Libon, simply select the card you want to use.
To save your card for faster future payments, check the box ‘Save payment details to Libon, SAS’ before tapping Pay. Don’t worry, this step is optional.
The payment process may vary depending on your bank. Follow the instructions shown on the screen after tapping Pay. Once the payment is complete, you should see a confirmation of your successful purchase in Libon.

3. Go to your bank’s secure payment page.
4. Open your bank’s app to authorize the payment.
5. Return to Libon’s secure payment page and confirm your purchase.
⚠️ Caution:
Make sure to return to the secure payment page to complete your payment.
If you don’t follow all the steps to authenticate the payment with your bank, or if you cancel it, the transaction will be cancelled and no money will be charged to your account. 😉
6. Purchase completed 🎉🎉🎉🎉
The Payment Accepted message confirms your card payment was successful.
