🚀 How do I sign up using the Libon app?
As soon as you buy a product for one of your loved ones in Senegal, they’ll get one month of free insurance! 🏥
Click on Fill the form;
Enter your beneficiary's information in Senegal (Last Name, First Name, e-wallet phone number, etc.);
Confirm and complete the membership.
The health insurance beneficiary will then be contacted by AXA Senegal via WhatsApp.
📋 How do medical reimbursements work?
Your loved one sees a doctor, receives treatment or buys medication at any healthcare facility in Senegal.
They pay for the treatment or medication and keep the invoices and receipts to claim reimbursement from AXA Sénégal.
They send a photo of the receipts via WhatsApp to AXA Sénégal’s dedicated service.
Once the claim is approved, the reimbursement is credited directly to their mobile wallet.
💰 Example: how much will my loved one be reimbursed?
For an expense of 15,000 FCFA, the amount reimbursed depends on the type of care:
