We automatically send a receipt to your email address showing the total amount of your money transfer, including Libon fees, every time you make a transfer.
📫 Be sure to enter your email address in the Account and billing section of your app.
However, you can download a complete statement of your transfers at any time directly from the app. This statement summarizes all your transactions for a given year and can be downloaded as a PDF to your phone's documents.
To get it, follow these steps:
Open the app, go to Profile (top left of your Home page),click on Account and billing, then on Transfer statement.
Select the year for which you would like to view the statement
Tap Download and save the PDF to your phone's Documents folder (Files).
Once downloaded, you can open, share, or print your statement at any time from your phone.
There you go 🥳
Your statement will show the amounts sent and your recipients' contact information.
