Once the transfer is complete in the Libon app, you’ll receive a pickup code to share with the recipient. They’ll then just need to go to the nearest MoneyGram location and follow these steps:
Go to the counter designated for money transfers and specify the amount you wish to withdraw.
Provide your withdrawal code and present your ID—both are required to complete the transaction.
Enter your information and electronically sign the receipt.
Collect your cash and your receipt.
There we go! 💵 The withdrawal is immediately reflected in the Libon app, where the transaction appears as confirmed.

When making your first withdrawal via MoneyGram, you may be asked to provide some additional information to create the recipient's profile. Don't worry — this is standard procedure!
