Why can't I top up my recipient's internet?

Sometimes the recipient's mobile package may be inactive, particularly with certain operators.

In this case, the line cannot receive any internet data until it has been reactivated.

How can I reactivate the line?

To reactivate the line, simply transfer some call credit (even a small amount).

Once the line has been reactivated, the recipient will be able to receive data again. 🙌
