My transfer is blocked
If your transaction remains blocked, please contact our support team. We can help you either complete it or, if necessary, cancel it.
In the latter case, the transaction will be canceled and not refunded, meaning it will disappear from your bank statement within a few days.
When you initiate a money transfer, the funds remain in your bank account but are temporarily held. If you do not complete the identity verification, the transaction will be canceled and the funds will be automatically returned to you within 48 hours.
Rest assured, your money is safe and will be automatically returned to you—no action is required on your part.
My transfer is completed
Once the transaction is finalized, it cannot be modified. We recommend double-checking your recipient’s details beforehand to avoid any errors.
Cancel a transfer pending verification
If you wish to cancel your transaction, follow these steps in the app:
Go to the Home tab
Tap Need Help?
Select Cancel Transaction (customer support is also available to assist you 😉)
Confirm by tapping "Yes, I want to cancel the operation".
⚠️ If the Need Help? option isn’t visible yet, don’t worry! It will appear one hour after you initiate your money transfer.

If you do not complete the identity verification, the transaction will be automatically canceled within 48 hours.
