Passport from European Union or another country

If this is the case, here are the main reasons why your document may have been refused:
Document cropped, or zoomed in on your name or address: Make sure the entire document is visible.
Blurred or poorly lit photo: Take the photo in good lighting so all details are clear and legible.
Scanned document or copy: Make sure you use the original of your identity document.
