Go to your meter reader
First of all, make sure that your keyboard is connected to your meter. To do this, follow the procedure below:
Plug your keyboard to a socket, preferably as close as possible to the meter reader.
Wait about 2 minutes for the messages CONNECT then SUCCESS to appear.
How do I top up my electricity credit?
Once your keypad is properly connected, follow these steps to top up your electricity credit:
Enter the 20-digit code (electricity credit) shown on your receipt;
Press the Enter key, the one below the number 9;
The display will show the amount of energy in kWh (kilowatt hours).
If you see SUCCESS or ACCEPTE on the screen, this means that reloading has been completed successfully.
If you see REJET or FAILED on your screen, this means that the reload operation has failed.
