Ensuring the best call quality at the best rates is our main challenge.

Perhaps, for various reasons, you're looking for solutions to improve your calling experience. So what can you do?

Whatever the calling application used (GSM, Libon, other), it is important that the person called has good GSM coverage so that the call is of good audio quality.

If you feel that the audio quality of your Libon calls is not the best, please check that you are using the latest version of the application. If this is not the case, update the application, restart the phone and test different Internet connections.

If you can't hear the person you're talking to,

  • Test calls to another number to compare

  • Restart the phone, relaunch the Internet connection and try a new call

If the person you're talking to can't hear you,

  • Check that your microphone is enabled in the application's permissions. Libon needs access to your phone's microphone, so don't forget to activate it!

  • If you're using a private WiFi connection, it's advisable to restart your router periodically so that it retains its stability and power.

Do you still have audio quality issues with your calls? Try out the new local calls feature!
