To be able to log in to your account on the application, first make sure you have the SIM card associated with your account inserted in the phone (in SIM slot 1 if you have a dual-SIM phone) and that you have GSM coverage so that you can receive the code by text message.

Open the application on your phone
1. Touch Start:
2. Enter your phone number, including the international prefix, and touch Continue:
3. You'll receive a four-digit validation code by text message. On Android, the code will be detected automatically to connect you! On an iPhone, validate it in the application and you'll be connected.
Make sure you are connected to your mobile network so that you can receive calls or text messages.
If you use a dual SIM phone, make sure you have the SIM card associated with the Libon account in slot 1.
You can choose to receive your code by automatic call, touch Call me to trigger this call if the code has not already been sent to you by SMS.
After asking for the validation code once, if you still haven't received it within 60 seconds it will be sent back automatically 2 times, at 60-second intervals.
If you still don't receive it, you can request it by voicemail. Touch Send the code again and then Call me.
