Do you want to permanently delete your account?
You can submit your request directly from the app:
Open Libon and go to Profile. Then tap your name (at the top of the screen).
Here, select Delete my account.
The app will display a warning message: deletion is permanent and will result in the loss of your minutes, purchase history, and associated data.
Tap Delete, enter your phone number, then confirm again.
A pre-filled email will open automatically — simply send it to finalize the request.
You can also make the request via our form by providing your phone number with the country code:
Our team will get back to you on the status of this deletion request.
Once you have received confirmation that your account has been deleted, you can uninstall the application from your phone.
To uninstall Libon, make a long press on Libon's icon on your main screen, and select Uninstall application.
