Here's how to check and benefit from the credit transferred with Libon.

Libon lets you transfer credit to prepaid numbers in your country or abroad.

If you have recharged the correct number with credit and received confirmation of a successful payment but the person has not received their credit, the failure of the transfer could be caused by multiple factors:

  • Your contact's carrier is experiencing temporary problems

  • The top-up number is no longer a prepaid number.

  • The beneficiary's phone has no network connectivity

It is also a good idea to check with the beneficiary of your top-up whether they have taken these steps:

  • Check their balance by calling or dialing the carrier's specific code.

  • If this is a promotion and the bonus 🎁 is not reflected in the SIM top-up (call, bonus, etc), check directly with their carrier how to recover the bonus as the balance is offered by them.

  • As far as the overall amount is concerned, we suggest that your contact asks his operator to check the top-up with the information we will provide when you contact us.
