Once you have purchased your unlimited calls package, you need to define your list of favorite numbers to call. These are the numbers you want to make unlimited calls to for the duration of the package.
How can I consult the list of numbers included in the plan?
Press Home in the bottom left-hand corner and touch My unlimited, at the top of the screen, to check your favorite numbers.
How do I add a number to my list of favourite contacts?
The first numbers called after purchasing unlimited will automatically be designated as favourite numbers and added to your list of contacts for unlimited calls.
to add a contact to the list of favourite numbers :
Touch My unlimited at the top of the page Home > button + to add a number from the list of your Libon Contacts .
to delete a contact from your list of favourite numbers:
Touch > unlimited call credit > contact > delete
Note that you can only delete numbers if you have not called them for more than 5 minutes.
Can't delete your favourite contact yourself yet?
If you've entered the wrong number and want to delete it to register a new one, simply contact us and tell us which number you want to delete. We'll do it for you! Of course, this will depend on the length of calls made to that number.
