Is my phone compatible with Libon?
To use your Libon minutes and take full advantage of all the application's features, you need to have a minimum version of the operating system installed on your phone.
Touch here if you use Libon on an Android.
If you use an iPhone:
Check the iOS version installed on your phone: touch Settings > General > Information > iOS version
If your iPhone software version is 15.0 or higher
In your iPhone, launch the App Store and search for the application
Touch Update next to Libon or install the application on your mobile phone
If the software version on your iPhone is lower than 15.0
You must have operating system version 15.0 or higher to use the Libon application.

If your phone model can be updated, simply update the software on your phone :
Connect your iPhone to the power supply
Touch Settings > General > Software update
Check if an update is available
We advise you to carry out the update using a WiFi connection, as the file to be downloaded contains approximately 1 Gb.

If you are using an older device and are unable to update your iOS software, we suggest you use your Libon account on another phone.
If you are using an Android:
If you are using an Android phone, first find out which version of Android is installed on your phone:
* Touch Settings > About your phone > Product name & Model name
If your Android software version is 8.0 or higher
From your Android, launch the Play Store application by following this link: Play Store
Touch Update next to Libon
If the software version of your Android is lower than 8.0
You need operating system version 8.0 (Oreo) or higher to use the Libon application. Simply update the Android software on your phone:
Connect your Android to the power supply
Touch Settings > About your phone > Software update
Check if an update is available
