I've sent credit to the wrong number. What should I do?

If you have already validated your credit transfer transaction and you have recharged the wrong number, unfortunately we will not be able to modify the transaction or transfer your credit to the correct number.

As soon as you validate a transaction, we send a request to the operator, who tops up credit to the number entered.

If the transaction is validated, we will not be able to intervene. 😞 The action is irreversible. We cannot cancel the transaction validated with the local carrier, and we cannot initiate the refund of this payment.

We therefore advise you to check the number carefully before validating the transaction.

Please check:

  • if the SIM card in question is still being used by the beneficiary of your credit transfer;

  • whether the number stored in your Contacts is the correct number to be topped up.
