How do Libon offers work?
Libon is a telephone operator that connects you to your loved ones anywhere in the world.
When you call a phone number we pay for the call to the local operator (Orange, Free, MTN, Malitel...).
In order to offer you the best deals, we negotiate deals with local operators to reduce the price per minute. This proximity with the operators enables us to test innovative offers, such as unlimited calls.
The deals we negotiate with the operators are contracts with a limited duration. Thanks to your loyalty and Libon's growth, we are usually able to re-negotiate these contracts to lower the prices of our packs. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and sometimes the operators increase the prices which forces us to do the same.
Negotiating the deals with the operators is a priority and daily work for us!
