If you have Libon minutes and you cannot use them to call one or more numbers, 💬 make sure you have the right minutes to reach that destination.

It's simple: when you press a number in your address book or you dial a number, you will see a pop up with the minutes available for call.





Otherwise, press the shopping cart icon (or the avatar, if you use an iPhone), then your credit under My Minutes and you will see Contacts or Details to check the numbers you can reach.



💬 If you are calling the right number and you still cannot place your call, check if the person you are calling is reachable. Do not forget that a normal call is received on your callee's mobile phone!
