I have minutes but I cannot call a phone number, why?
If you have Libon minutes and you cannot use them to call one or more numbers, 💬 make sure you have the right minutes to reach that destination.
It's simple: when you use de the dialer to call a number, you will see a pop up with the minutes available for call.
Otherwise, tap on the Home icon at the bottom left of the screen and check your available credit for Libon calls at the top of the screen.
If you initiate the call and do not have the necessary minutes to call this number, the message below will be displayed:
💬 If you are calling the right number and you still cannot place your call, check if the person you are calling is reachable. Do not forget that a normal call is received on your callee's mobile phone!
💬 You can also call another number to test your connection.
