How to login to the application?

To connect to your Libon account on your phone or the website, first make sure you have the SIM card associated with your account inserted on your phone (in slot 1 if you have a dual-SIM) and you also have GSM coverage, in order to receive the login code by SMS.

Open the app on your phone:

Press Get started:

Insert your phone number, including the country code, and press Continue:

You'll receive a message with a code, enter it to connect to Libon. On Android, the code will be detected automatically!

Make sure you are connected to your mobile network to be able to receive messages or calls.
If your phone is a dual-SIM, insert the SIM card associated with your account in slot 1.
If you haven't received the code after 60 seconds, it will be re-sent automatically.
After the second failed attempt by message, you can try to receive the code by call, press Resend the code and Call me now to start the process.
