Payment security is a major priority for Libon! We have therefore implemented the 3D-Secure validation process in 2017 for our online purchases.

New payment services rules were released on September the 14th, 2019, and were the opportunity to update our purchase process.

To purchase minutes on the application (on Android), you need to follow these steps :

Choose your minutes from the Store menu

Select Credit card as a payment method

Complete the payment order, add a payment method and press Pay

Don't forget to tick the checkbox I accept Libon's terms and conditions before touching Pay!

⚠️ Please note:

If you do not see the bank card displayed on the order page, tap the Choose another card link or Select a credit card and enter the payment method information.

The credit card icon should always be displayed on the order page before you tap Pay as below :

According to each bank, the payment validation process may vary. It depends on your bank. Make sure you follow the instructions on the screen after you have touched PAY. You should receive, at the end, when the purchase is completed, a confirmation of a successful purchase in Libon.

Let the bank's secure payment page open

Go to your bank's application to authorize the payment

Return to the secure payment page in Libon and validate the purchase

⚠️ Note that !

It is compulsory to return to the secure payment page to finalise the payment!
If you do not complete the authentication process up to the end with the bank, if you cancel the payment, unfortunately, the transaction will be cancelled (and therefore no debit will be made on your bank account 😉 ).
