To continue to use your Libon minutes and take full advantage of all our features, it is necessary to update your app before September 30th 2021. After this date, you will not be able to make calls with your remaining minutes.

How to continue using Libon?

Change the date and time of your phone 🤯

This shutdown is due to the expiration of a security certificate on September 30, 2021 (see the last section of this article).

💡 The ideal trick to use up your minutes without changing your device is to change your phone's date so that the device date is earlier than September 30th, the expiration date.

How to do it ?

Open the Settings application > Date and time
Disable || the automatic setting of the date and time
Set the date manually to a date before September 29th, 2021

2. Update your phone

You must have the operating system in version 6.x or higher to use the Libon app. Simply update the Android software on your phone:

Connect your Android to power
Touch Settings > About > Software Updates.
Check if an update is available

3. Change your phone

Last solution: If you are unable to update your Android software, we invite you to use your Libon account on another phone. Your minutes will be available in the new device 😉

Why this stop of service ?

Due to the expiration of a global security certificate, Android Lollipop devices no longer have the ability to connect to the Libon call server.
